6th October: LFA2027 Theme Launch
28th October, 4-5pm: LFA2027 Organisers Call (1) – How to get involved in LFA. Sign up here
3rd December, 2-5pm: Mentor Surgery Day (1) – Open Call prep. Sign up here / Information about mentors and available slots here.

12th January: LFA2027 Open Call for Festival activity launch. Head to the Account section of the LFA website here to submit your activity.
27th January, 4-5pm: LFA2027 Organisers Call (1) – How to get involved in LFA. Sign up here
23rd February, 2-5pm: Mentor Surgery Day (2) – Finalise submission. Sign up here/ Information about mentors and available slots here.

5th February: Early Bird deadline for Festival activity submission. Submit your Festival activity by this time to save £100!
5th March: Standard deadline for Festival activity submission. No submissions will be accepted after this time.
19th March: LFA2027 partner deadline for Festival activity submission.

24th March, 4-5pm: LFA2027 Organisers Call (3) – How to brand and promote your LFA activity. Sign up here
2nd April: Festival activity website listing lock. From this moment you will not be able to edit your Festival activity listing.
5th – 9th April: Curation Panel review. At this moment, our curation panel will review the programme and select their top activities to feature in their unique collection. Only fully confirmed activities will be shared with the panel.
13th April: LFA2027 Preview. This is the first moment for us to share a handful of activities happening as part of LFA. Note, priority will be given to activities from LFA2027 partners and curation panel picks.
4th May: LFA2027 Programme Launch. This is the key moment to start promoting your LFA involvement. You will have access to the LFA2027 assets from April 2027. Please do not start promoting your activity before this date.
w/c 17-28th May: LFA2027 Merchandise collection. Collect your physical LFA2027 merch from The London Centre and access your digital toolkit in the Account section of the LFA website here.
27th May: LFA2027 Opening Party. All LFA2027 organisers will receive a special invite with full details in April 2027, post website lock.
1st – 30th June: LFA2027!

9th July: Deadline for feedback and imagery of LFA2027 – for organisers and attendees. By submitting an LFA activity, you are agreeing to complete LFA’s feedback form, as well as upload any photos or videos from your activity. Feedback and imegery submission forms will become available at the start of June in the Account section of the LFA website here.
