Join us in a shared sense of belonging at the community event on Scylla Road, Nunhead. Share stories and connect as neighbours shaping community-led homes. Children and families can take part in a workshop to design the communal garden through drawing and co-designing.

Rooted in love and belonging to the Peckham community, this project began in 2016 when local people united around the need for affordable housing. The Community Steering Group built a shared vision, leading to Southwark Council transferring the site into community ownership in February 2026. Plans include 12 affordable homes and green space to foster lasting community.
