The walking tour will take place across a busy town centre, but the session is being arranged to ensure the hosts are able to ensure all participants are comfortable and address concerns with adaptations as required. We are proposing a visit to a vacant site, the site of the pocket park, which is not publicly accessible, has some overgrown planting and does not provide entirely level access. The site is not sufficient for use by anyone with mobility concerns or needs, and we are happy to discuss how we could offer an alternative option across our sessions. As the setting is mostly residential, there are no suitable public accessible toilets in the immediate area, but we will be able to direct and lead participants at the end of the tour as we return to the station.
