We invite new and experienced knitters to share experiences and to celebrate Knit in Public day at the new Goulston Street pocket park.
We will welcome new knitters to learn to knit together and to make a bookmark / coaster / coffee sleeve. The event will foster inclusion for all communities and encourage crafting spaces of belonging by using locally sourced Ankara Wax fabrics, which tell stories of global flow and migration.
No experience necessary, free but please register.
