We walk through bomb sites, churchyards, Roman ruins and empty spaces which are now gardens.
We will discuss the trees, flora and fauna thriving in this area. The walk is suitable for all ages and explores the public spaces in the city and how they belong to all. We will explore how the city green spaces are changing and are used by people, birds, bees and many other animals and look at the green corridors from the river Thames through the city belonging to inhabitants, workers and visitors.
