'Sessions' is our flagship programme, offering free one-to-one mentoring for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. Hosted by Fletcher Priest Architects, the evening brings together mentees and practitioners for structured, informal conversations around education, practice and pathways into architecture.

Mentees rotate between mentors, enabling multiple discussions across the evening, from portfolio feedback to career advice. At its core, the evening will be about fostering a sense of belonging within architecture opening up access to people, spaces and conversations, and creating a supportive environment where participants can build confidence and see themselves within the profession.
