‘Colour Field’ is a temporary public pavilion created from reclaimed marble, onyx, and travertine fragments. It reimagines the contemporary ruin as a space where architecture, nature, and colour coexist. Visitors move through shifting textures, light, and material layers revealed through movement. Designed as both landscape and gathering point, it invites people to sit, pause, and reconnect. The installation explores belonging as something formed through shared space and collective presence. By reusing surplus stone, it reflects how fragments can form an inclusive whole. Visitors leave with a sense of calm, connection, and a deeper understanding of belonging in the city.
