Step inside an architect’s studio and discover how buildings are designed. This hands-on workshop invites children and families to explore architecture through model-making and creative craft activities- exolore the idea of Belonging.
Participants will learn how architects develop ideas, from concept to completion. Using recycled materials, each participant will design and build their own house while experimenting with form, structure and imagination.
The workshop offers an opportunity to experience an architect’s working environment how the built environment is shaped. It aims to inspire curiosity about cities, creativity and design, while introducing young people to architecture in a fun way.

The workshop will take place on the first floor of the studio. Seating and table space will be available for participants during the workshop.
Children must attend with a supervising adult. The activity is designed to be relaxed and flexible so participants can take breaks if needed.
Free street parking is available nearby on Sundays. The workshop space is relatively small, so group sizes will be limited to ensure comfort and accessibility.
