Industria Barking is the UK’s first multi-storey, ramp-up light-industrial estate, completed for Be First in 2024. This innovative building provides over 11,400 sqm of flexible industrial floor space, as 47 small and medium enterprise units (SMEs), arranged across three levels of vehicle deck, which are accessed by a helical van ramp.

Architect of the scheme, Hugo Braddick from Haworth Tompkins, will lead a guided tour of the building and explain its origin story, concept and design.
