Alongside the Belonging(s) Beyond Borders exhibition, participants will be invited to take part in a hands-on workshop in Arabic calligraphy with Hammad Haider.

As part of the Belonging(s) Beyond Borders LFA programme, Hammad Haider will host an Arabic calligraphy session in collaboration with the Palestine Collective.
This calligraphy workshop will involve an introduction to the art form, its history, various types, and examples.
This is followed by an interactive segment to practise letters, words, and names in the Thuluth script using various tools.
