How do the spaces we share help us feel like we belong? This interactive workshop invites you to explore the connection between play, design, and togetherness. Through creative, hands-on activities, you’ll build, imagine, and transform spaces—discovering how architecture can foster a sense of belonging and strengthen family bonds. While designed with younger children (0–10) in mind, the event is intergenerational, encouraging participation from parents, carers, and adults.
The activity aims to build spatial awareness, creativity, and confidence in engaging with architecture, while widening access to conversations about city-making. In the long term, it encourages participants to see themselves as active contributors to their environments.
