An evening walking tour which brings women together to reflect on the environment around them and their experiences within it at night.

Starting at Turnpike Lane tube station and ending at the historic Alexandra Palace, join us on a summers evening to navigate themes of belonging, access and connection in public space through the act of collective walking, drawing on feminist walking practices such as the Flaneuse.
This event is being co-hosted by Carmel Keren and Gaia Crocella.
Carmel is an artist-researcher who engages in participatory practice and performance with young women to navigate the intersection of belonging and safety in public space. Gaia Crocella is a spatial practitioner, researcher and educator. Her work sits at the intersection of feminist urbanism, gender-inclusive design, intersectional dialogue and spatial activism, seeking tangible pathways towards more equitable, joyful and just urban environments.
We welcome anyone who identifies as a woman to join us.

Gaia Corcella
Spatial practitioner, researcher and educator based in London. Her work sits at the intersection of feminist urbanism, gender‑inclusive design, intersectional dialogue and spatial activism, seeking tangible pathways towards more equitable, joyful and just urban environments. She is a lecturer in Architecture at Central Saint Martins, UAL, a senior design researcher and urban designer at Publica, and co‑founder of Fritto Misto.
