Facilitator , Paige is a leading specialist in workplace acoustics and Concept Developer for Saint‑Gobain Ecophon in the UK and Ireland. With over 20 years’ experience across Europe and the U.S., she focuses on how sound influences health, well‑being, and performance in office environments. Paige is a published author, international speaker, and co‑developer of Ecophon’s psychoacoustic profiling tools, working with organisations to create acoustically supportive, human‑centred workplaces.

Shane Cryer

Facilitator , Shane manages the education sector in the UK and Ireland for Swedish acoustic experts, Ecophon. After a career in the construction industry, having studied building and property surveying, he now concentrates on building acoustics. Working closely with organisations such as The Institute of Acoustics (IOA) and the RIBA, Shane has been promoting the new BB93: Acoustic Design of Schools standard via CPD seminars, conferences and articles in the trade press. Shane also manages several acoustic research projects around the UK.

Facilitator , Andrea is the UK Healthcare Concept Developer at Saint-Gobain Ecophon. With a long-standing background in room acoustics, she has become a leading voice in exploring how the sound environment influences health and well-being. Her work extends beyond acoustics into the wider sensory impact of design, examining how our environments interact with the senses, particularly aligned to neurodegeneration, neurodiversity, mental and physical illness and the effects of medication. Writing and speaking across the UK and Europe Andrea shares evidence based insights and practical strategies to advocate for the use of positive sensory interaction as a means to support inclusion and enhance wellbeing .
