Skateboarding clubs transcend traditional barriers like age, race, gender and social status, with skateparks serving as communal hubs, where 'shared wins' are the cultural norm. Experience this in action at the 4th Ally Pally SkateJam, in partnership with North London Skate Club. The day starts at 10am with a gentle 2-hour skate jam for all ages (beginners/intermediates). From 1pm, more competent skaters will get involved.
You can also join the RIBA Learning Youth Forum to design your ideal skate park to meet your friends, kick-flip and ollie. Then help us build a dream skate park, scale model from cardboard.
